Accepted payment method
PayPal only. At this time we accept payments exclusively through PayPal. During checkout, select PayPal as your payment option — you will be redirected to PayPal's secure site to complete your payment. After payment is authorized, you'll be returned to our store for order confirmation.

How to pay with PayPal
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Choose PayPal as your payment method on the payment step.
- Click PayPal — you'll be taken to PayPal's site to sign in and authorize the payment.
- After successful payment, you'll be redirected back to Bigcomme for order confirmation and an email receipt.
Billing and currency
All orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars). The final amount charged will appear in USD on your PayPal statement. If your PayPal account uses another currency, PayPal may apply a currency conversion rate — any conversion fees are applied by PayPal and are outside of our control.
Taxes
No taxes charged at checkout. As of December 2, 2025, Bigcomme does not collect sales tax during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable local use tax or reporting obligations under their local laws. If tax rules change or we are required to collect sales tax in a given state, we will update our store and notify customers on this page and at checkout.
Invoices and receipts
After payment is completed, PayPal will issue a receipt for the charge. We will also send an order confirmation and packing/shipment notifications to the email address provided at checkout. If you need a separate invoice, contact support@bigcomme.com with your order number and we will provide one.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account used to make the purchase. When a refund is issued, it may take several business days to appear on your PayPal account depending on PayPal's processing times.
If you receive an unauthorized charge or have a dispute, first contact Bigcomme at support@bigcomme.com or call +1 7019750061. We will work to resolve the issue quickly. If you open a chargeback through PayPal or your financial institution, please notify us so we can assist in resolving the dispute.
Payment security
Payments are handled by PayPal — a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. At no point does Bigcomme store your full payment card data on our servers. We recommend keeping your PayPal account protected with a strong password and, where available, two-factor authentication.

- Can I pay with a credit or debit card directly?
- If you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal typically provides a guest checkout option that allows payment with a credit or debit card through the PayPal flow. This option is controlled by PayPal and may not be available in all countries or for all transactions.
- Will I be charged sales tax?
- No — we do not charge sales tax at checkout as of December 2, 2025. You may still be responsible for use tax in your jurisdiction; please consult local tax guidance.
- How long until I get a refund?
- Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment source. Processing time depends on PayPal but typically appears within 3-14 business days.
