1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is:

  • Standard shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.

3. How much is shipping?

  • Orders $29.99 and above: Free shipping
  • Orders below $29.99: $5.99 flat shipping fee

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use it to track your package through the carrier’s website.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal only.
All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped yet.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If the order is already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

7. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition. Reasonable testing is allowed.

Returns may not be accepted or may be partially refunded if:

  • The item is damaged due to misuse
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • The product has been modified or disassembled

8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping
  • If it is a change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping

9. How do I request a return?

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@bigcomme.com
  2. Use subject: Return Request – Order #[Order Number]
  3. Provide reason and, if possible, photos or videos

We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number.

10. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days
  • Refund method: original payment method (PayPal)

Refund processing time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

11. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately at support@bigcomme.com with photos or videos.
We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
