Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping for cordless ratchet wrenches and related tools at Bigcomme. We are a small team based in Arvada, and all orders are processed and shipped through our third-party fulfillment warehouse partners. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the continental United States, including the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C..
Due to lithium battery transportation restrictions and carrier limitations, we are currently unable to ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories
- PO Boxes
- APO / FPO military addresses
If your shipping address is located in one of the regions above, please do not place an order before contacting us.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
After your payment is successfully completed, your order will enter our fulfillment queue.
- Standard processing time: 1–2 business days
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT), Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM MT are typically included in the same business day’s processing batch
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day
Please note that this refers to order processing initiation and not the final carrier pickup time.
Shipping Origin & Transit Time
All orders are shipped from our third-party fulfillment warehouse located in Denver.
Please note that this is not a retail storefront, and local pickup is not available.
Because our products contain lithium batteries, shipments are transported via ground shipping only.
Estimated transit time:
- 5–8 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances may result in delays.
Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping applies to all qualifying orders of $29.99 or more, including orders totaling exactly $29.99.
For orders below $29.99, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Taxes & Duties
Since we currently serve U.S. domestic customers only, import duties generally do not apply.
Regarding sales tax:
- In many cases, sales tax may display as $0.00 at checkout
- If tax collection becomes required due to state-specific regulations, applicable taxes may be charged accordingly

Holiday & Peak Season Delays
As a small business, processing times may be slightly extended during:
- U.S. federal holidays
- Peak shopping periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday
- High-volume seasonal sales events
If significant delays occur, we will attempt to notify affected customers by email whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible with the subject line:
“Address Correction”
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee successful interception or rerouting by the carrier. Additional shipping fees caused by incorrect customer-provided information may be the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you regarding available options.
Tracking Information
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
The email typically includes:
- Order number
- Carrier information
- Tracking number
- Tracking link(https://bigcomme.com/apps/track123)
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours after shipment, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us for assistance.
