Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from BIG COMMERCE EXPERT LLC (Bigcomme). Please review carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us at support@bigcomme.com.

1. Return Eligibility

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Requests beyond 30 days are not accepted.

Product Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition. Reasonable testing and light use are allowed. However, returns may be rejected or partially refunded if the following apply:

  • Significant physical damage (e.g., drops, deep scratches)
  • Signs of disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Missing key components (battery, charger, sockets, etc.)

All returned items should include as many original accessories as possible, including packaging, manuals, and parts. Missing items may result in a partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to Section 5 for resolution. These cases are not subject to standard return conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

Do not send items back without prior authorization.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@bigcomme.com
  2. Use the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Order Number]
  3. Include a brief explanation and, if applicable, photos or videos

Our team will review your request within 24 business hours.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return instructions and shipping address

Returns without an RMA may be delayed or rejected.

3. Return Shipping Cost

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
Return shipping costs are covered by us. A prepaid return label will be provided where applicable.

Change of mind / no longer needed:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different model, please:

  • Submit a return request for the original item
  • Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures faster processing and delivery.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Inspection time: 2–3 business days
  • Refund method: original payment method (PayPal)

Refund timeline:
After approval, PayPal typically processes refunds within a few business days. Actual posting time may vary depending on PayPal or your bank.

Refund types:

Full refund:
Issued when the item is returned in acceptable condition.

Partial refund:
May apply if items are missing, damaged, or not in acceptable condition. Customers will be notified before any deduction is made.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, a full refund will be issued, including applicable return costs.

6. Return Address & Important Notes

Do not return items to the warehouse address or company address listed on the website unless instructed.

Correct process:

  1. Contact support@bigcomme.com
  2. Wait for approval and RMA number
  3. Ship the item using the provided return instructions

All returns must include the RMA number inside and outside the package.

Battery Safety Notice:
Some products include lithium batteries. Please ensure proper packaging and protection of battery terminals during return shipping.

7. Order Cancellation

Before shipment:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, as orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

After shipment:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Customers must wait for delivery and then follow the return process if needed.

8. How to Request Cancellation

Email support@bigcomme.com with:

Subject: Order Cancellation – Order #[Order Number]

Include your reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled or if it has already shipped.
